Our services are no cost to our clients. We are paid by the insurance companies we represent to help you enroll and switch plans each year.

Our First Appointment

Our first appointment usually lasts an hour or two. We call it our “Medicare 101” presentation. Here we discuss Original Medicare (Parts A & B) and any of the plan types that you would like us to discuss, including: Supplements (Medigap), Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Prescription Drug plans (Part D.)

Enrollment

When you are ready to enroll, we submit your application to the insurance company and make sure it is processed correctly. You will receive a letter confirming your enrollment in 7-10 business days, followed by a Welcome Kit and ID cards.

We help you manage your policy with the insurance company and clarify how the plan works any time you have questions. When you work with the Rane Family, your trusted resource is just a phone call away.
